Wholesale Frequently Asked Questions
Here at Anna-Kaci, we strive to offer retailers like you the best purchasing experience possible through our wholesale program. Below are some of the most commonly asked wholesale questions so you can quickly find your answer. If your question is not listed here, please feel free to contact us and we'll be more than happy to help you!
1. How does the Anna-Kaci wholesale program work?
It is absolutely free to become an Anna-Kaci retailer! Simply apply to the wholesale application and we'll get back to you within 5-7 business days. Once approved, you'll have a direct wholesale account with us where you can use to purchase our clothing at a wholesale pricing.
1a. Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes, we now offer dropshipping for our clients for the (DOMESTIC UNITED STATES AREA), where we ship directly to your end customer. We currently offer dropshipping for 1-piece orders only at this time. If you need to send 2 items to the same client, you will need to place 2 separate orders at this time. Shipping for dropshipping orders will typically be 4-6 days of lead time and 3-4 days for delivery after the order has shipped from our California warehouse.
At checkout, make sure your dropshipping order has only 1 item in it. Additionally, make sure to enter the domestic US dropshipping address that you need the order to be sent to.
1b. What is inside a dropshipping order?
All dropshipping orders will be shipped in our Anna-Kaci packaging bags, with the item protected by an Anna-Kaci branded clear poly bag, with Anna-Kaci hang tags and labels attached to the item. We do not offer accommodations to ship without these branded materials at this time.
NOTE: There will be no inserts or invoices included in the dropshipping order; only the item will be included.
2. What are your lead and ship times?
All wholesale orders will be will ship out within 11-14 days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking code(s) and it will take approximately 3-4 business days for the package to arrive. Dropshipping orders will have a 4-6 day lead time with 3-4 day delivery time.
3. How much will I be charged for shipping?
The shipping charge will depend on the total weight of items in your order which you can see at checkout before placing your order. With recent strains on supply chains and increases in transportation costs, we're still proud to be offering affordable shipping fees for our retailers. Please refer to our shipping information page for approximate shipping costs.
4. Where do you ship from?
We're currently shipping orders both from our U.S & China facilities due to global supply chain shortages, courier delays, increased inflation, and high seasonal demand. This allows us to still offer the best wholesale & shipping price for our retailers. We're proud to announce that our lead times, shipping times, and shipping costs are still the same regardless of where you order is being shipped from. All dropshipping orders are shipped from our California warehouse.
5. Do you have minimums? What are your case sizes?
We have no order or quantity minimums. That's right — try what you like before buying more! We use open sizing on for all our wholesale items. For example, this means if you just want to purchase 1 red dress in size small, you will be able to simply add 1 red dress in size small to your cart and purchase it at the wholesale price.
6. How do I pay for my order? Do you have net terms?
All wholesale orders purchase amounts will be due at checkout where we accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not offer net terms at this time.
7. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is not charged for wholesale orders to eligible business retailers with a valid resale/business certificate which is why we ask for proof of the certificate before you apply.
8. Is your entire catalog on for your brand available for wholesale?
Yes all items under our main Anna-Kaci line, and other sub brands such as Refined, Aqua etc., are available for wholesale on this website. The products are listed under the same name and SKU numbers as referenced to their respective brand stores.
9. How do I start a return?
Anna-Kaci wholesale returns are subject to our wholesale return policy. We allow returns on every retailer's first wholesale order only. Retailers have 14 days from the date they receive their complete order to contact Anna-Kaci to request a return. Retailers are responsible for the return shipping costs for the return. Once we receive your returned items, the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges for the order. For returns on dropshipping orders, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
10. How do I start an exchange?
Anna-Kaci wholesale exchanges are subject to our wholesale exchange policy. Item exchanges are allowed for damaged or defective items only. Retailers must contact us and request for an exchange for a damaged item within 14 days after receiving their entire order. Images of the damaged item must be provided for the exchange request to be honored. Anna-Kaci will cover the return shipping and exchange shipping cost. The exchange item will be the same color and size as the original defective item unless the item is no longer in stock during the time of the exchange. If the exchanged item is no longer in stock, an exchange for a different color or size for the same item can be made.
11. How do I check my order status?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account here. You will also receive email notifications when you first place your order and when your order has shipped along with the tracking code. Please note our ship lead times at 11-14 days.
12. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order has been placed and your order has NOT been shipped out yet, you have 24 hours to contact us if you would like to modify your order. After 24 hours, we will not be able to make any adjustments. If your order has been processed and shipped, then we will be unable to cancel your order for you.
13. What payment types are accepted?
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
14. What should I do if I am missing an item in my delivered package?
Not to worry! If you are missing an item, please contact us with your name, order number, and the name of the item that is missing. Our world class customer service team will help you resolve the issue as fast as possible.
15. Do you take orders over the phone?
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to process orders over the phone. However, if you are having trouble placing your order, please contact us and our customer care team will be happy to assist you.
16. Do you support retailers outside of the United States?
Yes we support retailers in the UK, Canada, Australia, Spain, and France. We may reach out for additional information for your application if you are a retailer based outside of the U.S.
17. Is a reseller ID required?
Yes we require proper reseller credentials for the state where your business is located. We will not accept retailers or process orders from retailers with invalid or expired credentials.
18. Do I have to sell your items at your listed MSRP?
You may list your sales price at any price you like but it must not be less than 50% of our listed MSRP price. The MSRP price of each product can we found for the item on our main Anna-Kaci.com retail website.
19. Do your products come with tags or packaging?
Each item will come with our Anna-Kaci branded labels, Anna-Kaci branded hang tags, and Anna-Kaci branded poly bags. You are free to remove the branded material and add your own once you receive your shipment. We do not take requests to remove labels and tags for orders.
20. Do you offer custom labeling?
We do not offer custom labeling at this time.
