It's free to sign up to purchase wholesale from us! Simply apply to the wholesale application at the bottom of this page and we'll get back to you within 5-7 business days. Once we review and approve your account, you'll have a direct wholesale account with us where you can purchase our styles directly on our website at wholesale pricing.

All wholesale orders will be shipping within 11-14 days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking code(s) and it will take approximately 4-5 business days for the package to arrive.

For dropshipping orders, these are limited to 1 piece items in your order only. These orders will ship within 4-6 days and deliver within 3-4 days.

The shipping cost will depend on the total weight of the items in your order which you can see at checkout before placing your order. With recent strains on supply chains and increases in transportation costs, we're still proud to be offering affordable shipping fees for our retailers. Please refer to our shipping information page for approximate shipping costs. 

As of the 3rd quarter of 2023, we're currently shipping orders both from our U.S & China facilities due to increased inflation and high seasonal demand. This allows us to still offer the best wholesale & shipping price for our retailers. We're proud to announce that our lead times, shipping times, and shipping costs are still the same regardless of where you order is being shipped from.

We have no order or quantity minimums. That's right — try what you like before buying more! We use open sizing on for all our wholesale items. For example, this means if you just want to purchase 1 red dress in size small, you will be able to simply add 1 red dress in size small to your cart and purchase it at the wholesale price.

All wholesale orders purchase amounts will be due at checkout where we accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not offer net terms at this time.

Yes all items from our main Anna-Kaci line, and other sub brands such as Refined, Bloom, Aqua etc., are available for wholesale on this website.

Retailers have 14 days from the date they receive their order to contact Anna-Kaci to request a return. Retailers are responsible for the return shipping costs for the return. For dropshipping orders or any damaged or defective items, please contact us and we'll make sure you're taken of!

Yes we support retailers in the UK, Canada, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, and France. We may reach out for additional information for your application if you are a retailer based outside of the U.S and help you with a different account set up and order method. 

Yes! We now offer dropshipping for our clients for the (DOMESTIC UNITED STATES AREA ONLY), where we ship directly to your end customer. We currently offer dropshipping for 1-piece orders only at this time. If you need to send 2 items to the same client, you will need to place 2 separate orders. Shipping for dropshipping orders will typically be 4-6 days of lead time and 3-4 days for delivery after the order has shipped from our California warehouse.

At checkout, make sure your dropshipping order has only 1 item in it. Additionally, make sure to enter the domestic US dropshipping address that you need the order to be sent to for your end user. Once the dropshipping order has shipped, we'll upload a tracking number and you will be notified by email. You can then take that tracking and provide it to your customer to track.

All dropshipping orders will be shipped in our Anna-Kaci packaging bags, with the item protected by an Anna-Kaci branded clear poly bag, with Anna-Kaci hang tags and labels attached to the item.

We do not offer accommodations to ship without these branded materials at this time.

NOTE: There will be no inserts or packing lists included in the dropshipping order; only the item will be included. Regular wholesale orders (orders with more than 1 item) will have an insert and packing list in the package as normal.
